Is this service available throughout Ireland?

Yes. All consultations take place via secure video call — you can access iHEAL from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, including rural areas.

Are prescriptions available?

Yes. Where clinically appropriate, our IMC registered doc prescriptions, which can be fulfilled at any registered pharmacy in Ireland.

Do you accept private health insurance?

We are not currently panel-listed with insurers, but we can provide detailed receipts for you to submit a claim to your insurer directly

What happens after my first consultation?

You will receive a written care plan within 24 hours. Your clinician will recommend a follow-up schedule based on your individual health needs.

How is my data protected?

We comply fully with GDPR and Irish data protection law. Your health data is stored securely within the EU and never shared without your consent.

Can I use this service from rural areas?

Yes — this is one of the core reasons iHEAL was built. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can access full clinical care from anywhere in Ireland.
